Phosphoric acid is a weak, inorganic acid commonly used as an etching agent, pH modifier, sanitizing agent, rust inhibitor, dispersing agent, chelating agent, and sometimes as a flavoring agent in food and beverages. Other uses of phosphoric acid include fertilizer manufacturing and the treatment of water and metal. Brainerd also offers phosphoric acid 75% and phosphoric acid 85% in technical and food grades.
