Summary

The Warehouse Worker receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the duties listed below.  This summary is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities and should not be construed as a job description.

·         Must be at least 18 years of age; Must possess HS Diploma or GED; Chemical industry training highly preferred. 

·         Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing plant, refinery or an industrial environment is highly preferred.

·         Must be highly safety conscientious, awareness, strong attention to detail, including the ability to react quickly. 

·         Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Works well in group problem solving situations.

·         Must be willing and able to work outside, year round under various weather conditions.

·         Must be capable of climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, working in a confined space and from elevated platforms, and able to wear appropriate protective equipment.

Pay is commensurate with experience, but no less than $15.00 per hour.

The DOT Driver’s primary responsibility is to safely transport materials to and from specified destinations, with a capacity of more than 3 tons.

Desired Skills and Experience

· The Class A CDL driver must be at least 21 years of age; must possess HS Diploma or GED; Chemical industry training highly preferred.

· Class A CDL Commercial Driver’s License and good driving record required, because we value safety!

· Class A CDL driver must be Hazmat and Tanker Endorsed.

· Class A CDL driver must have at least 2 years of verifiable experience operating a Class A commercial vehicle.

· It is highly preferred that the Class A CDL driver must have experience transporting hazardous materials.

· It is highly preferred that the Class A CDL Driver have previous experience in a chemical manufacturing plant, refinery or an industrial environment.

· The Class A CDL driver must be highly safety conscientious, awareness, strong attention to detail, including the ability to react quickly.

· The Class A CDL driver must be willing and able to work outside, year round under various weather conditions - you know Oklahoma weather - 90 degrees one day, snow the next.

· The Class A CDL driver must be capable of climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, working in a confined space and from elevated platforms.

Pay is commiserate based on experience, No less than $20.00 per hour

Summary:

The Project Manager/Developer will provide technology solutions and business process enhancement to ensure maximum productivity and continuous improvements across all functional areas at Brainerd.  The position will configure, implement, support and maintain applications and solutions to meet the operational and technical needs of Brainerd.  The position will plan, execute and manage the integration of new applications into existing systems and software throughout Brainerd.  Responsible for investigating and qualifying potential areas in which to introduce web services or automated tools to improve company operations.

Key Function Areas of Responsibility:

  • ·         Perform analysis and development of complex business systems and processes
  • ·         Research and make recommendations for integration of products and services in support of goals
  • ·         IT systems development
  • ·         Implementation of new systems

Responsibilities:

  • ·         Lead efforts to enhance company’s ERP system.  Map business processes to the ERP modules or other system solutions.  Provide knowledge and process leadership in ERP/Chempax development, usage and best practices.
  • ·         Assemble and coordinate project teams made up of subject matter experts (SME’s) to gather business requirements, create needs assessments and develop functional specifications for potential new applications.  While some tasks may be assigned to SME’s, position will act as primary internal developer/implementer and team leader.
  • ·         Perform all levels of work on projects including completing entire projects individually.
  • ·         Identify and analyze software solutions.  Prepare requests for proposals and facilitate meetings to select project services and products.  Make purchasing recommendations.
  • ·         Organize and manage all phases of projects including personnel and financial resources to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
  • ·         Communicate requirements to solution providers/developers through use of specifications, statements of work, project plans or other forms of documentation
  • ·         Work with solution providers/developers on design parameters and system setup/loading of data. 
  • ·         Review and analyze effectiveness of existing systems and develops strategies for improving or leveraging current systems.  Implement system and process redesign as approved by Executive team.
  • ·         Ensure all IT systems are aligned and effective in overall IT systems strategy
  • ·         Complete user training including any system documentation to ensure user acceptance.
  • ·         Conduct program updates/database maintenance as required.  Coordinate maintenance with outsourced IT company.
  • ·         Be primary contact with outsourced IT company.  Ensure hardware/networking plans are aligned with IT strategy.
  • ·         Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer science, Business Management, or related degree preferred; High school diploma required
  • · Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology role including an emphasis on aligning business requirements with IT solutions, functioning as the interface between operational and technical experts, providing operations support for systems.
  • · Strong understanding and experience with ERP methodology and ability to understand complex business processes
  • · Demonstrated analytical skills necessary to make sound recommendations based on data analysis and business needs
  • · Application support experience
  • · Experience with a company that has inventory is preferred.
  • · Must be highly proficient in MS Office tools. Ability to prepare, import, and manipulate information in spreadsheets and databases.
  • · Must possess experience managing multiple, competing projects at one time. Project management experience preferred.
  • · Engage effectively with senior management, project teams, and key functional teams
